Return policy
Defy Diagnostics LLC strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth return process, we have established the following return policy guidelines for our various product categories:
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE PRODUCTS AND CRITERIA
Customers are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following criteria:
- The product(s) was purchased from Defy Diagnostics LLC
- The product(s) was not purchased through an outside financing company.
- The product(s) is brand new, unopened, in the original manufacturer packaging and has not been activated
- All product(s) being returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- No shipping charges will be credited or reimbursed by Defy Diagnostics LLC
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the product(s) is returned to Defy Diagnostics LLC undamaged, in new condition, unopened and in original manufacturer packaging.
- Any product(s) that are returned and received damaged or not in new, unopened condition will be subject to denial of a refund, or a partial refund based on condition of the product(s). This decision will be determined by Defy Diagnostics LLC
- Anyone requesting a return on a product(s) that meets the above requirements must get authorization from Defy Diagnostics LLC by submitting a request in writing at support@Defydiagnostics.com
- Any product(s) received damaged during shipping or transport must be reported at time of delivery with the shipper and also reported in writing within 24 hours to Defy Diagnostics LLC at support@Defydiagnostics.com
PRODUCT(S) NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
The following products can not be returned and do not qualify for any refund:
- Licensed Software
- Software Upgrades
- Texa Tex-packs
- Texa info
- Extended warranties
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Methods: Most smaller items will be shipped UPS Ground. Larger items will ship freight via: Best way
- Shipping Rates and Costs: Shipping rates are flat rate and specified for each product
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based upon carrier and your location
- International Shipping: No International shipping currently available
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently dont offer any items with shipping restrictions
- Return and Exchange Policy: please see above
- Order Tracking: Tracking information will be provided to the registered email after shipment is picked up
- Damaged or Lost Packages: You must report any damage to the shipping company (ups, freight etc) at time of deliver. Damage must be noted on BOL. Take pictures of damged packaging and or product immediately. You must notify Defy Diagnostics LLC within 24 hrs of receiving, not receiving or refusing a delivery. Failure to report this may result in loss of product or money.
- Cancellations and Changes: If an item becomes unavailable or backordered, or we need to change or cancel your order, you will be notified at the email provided. If you need to cancel or change a order, please contact us immediately (phone is best). We will make every attempt to handle your request. Once a order is placed, there is no gauarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.
Warranty Policy – TEXA & GYS Products
1-Year Limited Warranty
Defy Diagnostics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all TEXA and GYS products purchased directly from Defy Diagnostics or an authorized reseller. This warranty covers parts and labor against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions, starting from the original date of purchase.

TEXA Products
All TEXA diagnostic tablets, interfaces, software packages, and related accessories are covered for one (1) year parts and labor. -
GYS Products
All GYS chargers, support units, boosters, induction heaters, and accessories are covered for one (1) year parts and labor.
What’s Included

Repair or replacement of defective components at no charge for parts or labor.

Repairs completed with new or refurbished parts, at our discretion.

Replacement units may be new or refurbished and are guaranteed to be functionally equivalent.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper installation, or modifications.

Normal wear and tear, consumable items, or cosmetic damage.

Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application.

Service, repairs, or modifications performed by non-authorized personnel.

Shipping costs to return the product for warranty service. (Return shipping from Defy Diagnostics will be covered within the contiguous U.S.)

Limitations of Liability

Defy Diagnostics is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, downtime, or business interruption).

Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Other Rights
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Defy Diagnostics for TEXA and GYS products. It replaces all other express or implied warranties, except where prohibited by law. Certain states and countries may provide additional consumer rights which are not affected by this policy.
